Two urban parcels – priced individually

There are two urban parcels in Zagoric, for sale. One parcel is 426 m2 and the second one is 424 m2. Roughly 500 m2 can be built on each one, however, detailed information would need to be requested from the municipality.

Zagoric is one of the most developed areas in the city of Podgorica. Nearby this land is one of the largest recreation parks in the city “Trim staza Zlatica”, which is great for walking, running and working out. There are also three large supermarkets surrounding the land. Forest park Gorica is also close to the land, which is also great for getting in an exercise, as well as stopping by for a cup of tea or coffee in a cafe that’s within and for kids, there is an adventure park with zip line and much more entertainment. Overall, great area for families.
