The access road from town to the property has recently been paved. In winter, this street is cleared by the city. The last hundred meters to the property are gravel. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the city center and 30 to 40 minutes on foot.

In the city center you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, sports facilities and even a theatre. The ski center is only 4.5 km away.
